Lead New Product Introduction Engineer

Jabil is seeking an accomplished Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to own the transition of complex electromechanical, electronic, and fluidics‐based products from design into stable, scalable manufacturing environments. The role offers broad visibility, significant ownership of manufacturing readiness, and the opportunity to improve cost, quality, and manufacturability across advanced semiconductor capital equipment programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• 8–10 years of NPI or manufacturing engineering experience
• Strong experience with complex mechanical, electrical, and fluidics systems in semiconductor, med‐device, or high‐complexity manufacturing
• High competency in cGMP and ISO13485 practices; strong focus on safety, traceability, and process discipline
