Join our team as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead to support our precision-guided munitions programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Develop manufacturing process flows, transition plans, and quality control processes to ensure zero-defect delivery and customer compliance. Partner with engineering to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, testability, and reliability.
