Job Description
At Jabil, we offer comprehensive engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions. As a Lead Test Development Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of automated test solutions for complex electronic products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 7+ years of experience in test development engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
- Strong proficiency in programming languages commonly used in test automation (e.g., Python, C#, LabVIEW)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams
