Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations at the CVG campus, driving execution, accountability, and continuous improvement across assigned work cells and functional leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
- Experience operating in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment (EMS preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of operational metrics, labor planning, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency with enterprise systems and tools (Workday, ERP/MES, standard Microsoft applications)
