Process Engineer, Injection Molding

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize production and processing methods for injection molding operations. This role is critical in ensuring quality standards are met efficiently while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Proven experience in assembly and/or molding processes within a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Proven experience (min. 5 years) in plastics injection molding
• Knowledge and experience of engineering in medical device manufacturing environment (injection molding preferred)
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, and e-mail skills
