Production Planner

As a Production Planner I, you will serve as the primary customer interface for demand planning and shipment execution, develop and maintain a feasible operational plan, and drive performance against planning metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• 1–2 years of materials-related experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced PC skills, including experience with Jabil software packages.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
• Strong understanding of logistics requirements and ability to support business objectives through effective planning strategies.
