Requirements

• Formulate and maintain quality standards, inspection specifications, and processes
• Analyze and handle in-process quality abnormalities
• Analyze and resolve quality issues (8D, 5Why, FMEA, etc.)
• Handle customer complaints and drive internal and supplier quality improvements
• Compile quality data and issue quality reports
• Participate in system, process, and customer audits
