Quality Engineer I

As a Quality Engineer I, you will support product and process quality across manufacturing operations, implement quality controls, conduct inspections and audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Entry-level to early-career experience in a manufacturing or quality environment
• Understanding of Control Plans and quality documentation
• Experience or familiarity with FAI and incoming inspection processes
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques
• Ability to conduct audits and inspections effectively
• Basic understanding of Quality Engineering principles and industry standards
• Exposure to supplier quality management concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
