Quality Technician

This role involves performing quality control tests, inspections, and documentation tasks to support the delivery of high-quality goods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a technical field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Technology) preferred
• One to three years (1-3) of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis)
• Experience with various measurement tools and inspection equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM operation is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to accurately document data and complete reports
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
