Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• Master's degree preferred
• Strong financial and analytical ability
• Proven record of successful change management accomplishments
• Effective communication skills
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
