Sr. Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing full cycle recruiting process from Recruiting Strategy Meeting to offer process, and partnering closely with Human Resource Business Partner and Hiring Manager to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
• Heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices
• Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components
• Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing best practices
