Job Description
Jabil is seeking a Structural Design Engineering Manager to lead and scale a structural engineering team for sever and storage product development in Taipei. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in mechanical development, structural analysis, and FEA, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, Marine engineering, Civil engineering or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in mechanical development, structural analysis, and FEA
- Proven people management experience leading engineering teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- FEA (Ansys, LS-DYNA, Sherlock, or the equivalent tools)
- Shock & vibration theory and testing
- Reliability validation methodologies and industry specifications
- Excellent communication skills; ability to present to technical and business stakeholders in English
