Technical Director, Transceiver Development

Jabil is seeking a Technical Director to lead the strategic direction, architecture, and execution of transceiver technologies across multiple product lines.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in transceiver design and development, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
• Expertise in high-speed analog/RF/mixed-signal design, optical transceivers, and communication protocols (e.g., PAM4, coherent optics, SerDes).
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, packaging, thermal management, and reliability in high-performance systems.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex product development cycles from concept to production.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
