Requirements

• Lead engineering project teams
• Effectively manage a group of related projects
• Directly manage matrixed cross-functional program team
• Embrace continual/rigor review, analysis, change across program-level components
• Represent Jabil Design Engineering in technical customer discussions / meetings
• Host and lead communication all aspects of the program effectively to customers
• Work with Program Managers and Core teams in the quoting process/design phases
• Take lead of the initiatives of the development and utilization of processes improvement for project E2E execution
• Lead the development and implementation of platform and product architectures in collaboration with senior technical staff
• Mentoring of all engineering staff
• Stay abreast of the latest technology and techniques to provide designs that are competitive and cost effective
