Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

JAC Products is hiring a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Napoleon, Ohio to maintain and improve the performance of equipment in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The role involves operating and troubleshooting various equipment, performing repairs, and maintaining inventory. This is a dynamic opportunity within an innovative automotive supplier.

Requirements

• Responsible for maintaining, setting up, and operating equipment.
• Perform fabrication of parts/equipment.
• Respond to service calls to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair machine problems.
• Execute mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs, as well as problem solving retrofits and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
• Maintain parts inventory for common replaceable items.
• Effective communication and problem solving skills.
