Job Description
Link Snacks is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-shift maintenance operation in a USDA-regulated food manufacturing facility. The role will oversee the development and implementation of a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) program, improve asset care practices, and drive plant performance against KPI targets.
