Job Description
Elevate your career with Jack Link’s, a global leader in protein snacking. We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our Operations team at our Casino, NSW site. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring Jack Link’s day-to-day operations meet all legal, customer and international food safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (preferred) OR 3+ years of experience in a food quality role.
- Good knowledge of food safety legislation and international standards (HACCP, SQF, BRC).
- Good technical knowledge of the Food (Meat) Industry
- SQF, BRC knowledge (desired)
- Knowledge to maintain SOP’s
- Experience in the meat or food processing industry is an advantage.
