Requirements
- Two or more years of management experience in an automotive service department
- Experience managing 75 employees preferred
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Great attitude with a positive personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment
- Experience with Dealertrack and Toyota desirable
