Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred
• Three years of experience as a Team Leader (Sergeant) in a custody setting
• Completed and passed the Jail Academy Exam
• Passed and maintained firearms qualification
• Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED
• Valid Missouri or Kansas Driver's License
• Active telephone
• Pass a police background check, drug screen and motor vehicle record check
