We're hiring a Divisional Vice President of Sales to lead strategy, performance, and growth across our sales, recruiting, and business development functions. This leader will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building high-performing teams aligned to company goals.
Lead division-wide sales, recruiting, and business development strategy to drive revenue and profitability, own forecasting, budgeting, and execution against gross profit and growth targets, and identify and develop new market opportunities across industries, clients, and geographies.
Proven experience leading large, multi-level sales or business development organizations, strong track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance, and deep understanding of sales strategy, forecasting, and KPI-driven decision making.
