LocumTenens.com is a leading healthcare staffing company that offers locum tenens staffing solutions to hospitals and healthcare facilities. The Sales Representative role is responsible for driving divisional growth by identifying and engaging prospective healthcare facilities to develop new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Generate sales leads by proactively reaching out to potential healthcare facilities through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other communication channels.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers, including medical directors, department heads, and physician recruiters to assess staffing needs and business potential at an intermediate level.
- Conduct research using job boards, LinkedIn, and other external resources to identify new business opportunities at an intermediate level.
- Educate prospective clients on our staffing solutions and value proposition at an intermediate level.
- Maintain and update accurate facility and contact information in the company CRM system (Salesforce).
- Set qualified meetings for Associate Account Executives and Account Executives to further develop business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed outreach and conversion activity goals set by the manager.
- Work within a structured schedule to ensure effective and consistent client engagement.
- Partner with production teams to drive revenue growth by ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
