Job Description
The Custodian/Facility Maintenance role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, performing minor maintenance, and ensuring safe and hygienic conditions across company facilities.
Requirements
- Facility Cleaning: Clean production areas, bathrooms, lunchroom, and foyer daily, including mopping, vacuuming, wiping tables, and washing windows.
- Facility Cleaning: Sanitize bathrooms, including walls, toilets, sinks, and high-touch areas.
- Supply and Equipment Maintenance: Maintain stock levels for cleaning supplies and lunchroom items, and inform the Office Manager when restocking is needed.
- Ground Maintenance: Shovel snow, pick up litter, and maintain exterior grounds including gravel parking lots.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all tasks comply with OSHA safety regulations
- General Duties: Run errands as needed for the Maintenance department.
