Job Description
The Jacksonville Housing Authority seeks a Director of Modernization & Development to oversee construction administration, develop and monitor capital funds program, and manage modernization projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, Building Construction Management, or closely related field
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible construction management experience
- Proven ability to manage major development/capital improvement projects
