Responsible for performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled structural, plumbing, and electrical building maintenance work at authority properties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance and/or plumbing and/or electrical equipment repair
- Knowledge of HUD regulations regarding housing quality standards
- Knowledge of safety rules and occupational hazards
