Property Manager

Manage the day-to-day operation of assigned property(ies), including rent collection, inspections, work order process, and budget management. Assist residents to become self-sufficient, coordinate maintenance, and maintain continued occupancy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, social science area, or closely related field
• Experience in property management and public contact preferred
• Certification as a Public Housing Manager within 12 months of employment
