We are looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to join our team in Karlsruhe. As a personal advisor, you will provide HR support to employees and managers, and be responsible for employee acquisition, care, and personnel development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a focus on personnel or economics psychology, or a vocational training in the commercial sector with additional qualifications for the personnel department
• 2-3 years of professional experience in employee care/personnel support for a care circle of over 50 employees
• Knowledge of labor law
• Experience with MS Office package, hybrid collaboration over MS Teams, and ideally Personio or a comparable system
