Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent Time Management Skills, with flexibility
• Ability to adhere to all company policies/procedures.
• Carpentry experience
• Window & Door installation experience a plus
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
• Comfortable with bidding on a repair
• Comfortable with technology
• Comfortable with customers-explaining clearly what needs to be done and why
• Ability to determine warranty vs. non-warranty work
