Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, managing performance against KPIs, utilizing CRM tools, and conducting ride-alongs for coaching and feedback.

Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 - 100,000+
- Bonus Program: up to an additional $50-$75k bonus
