Job Description
We are seeking a APAC Operation Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to drive financial performance of the Region by making recommendations to optimize (financial) business performance.
Requirements
- Actively participate in month-end closing processes
- Maintaining database of key financial data
- Execute comprehensive KPI analysis
- Work closely with Plant Managers and controllers
- Execute the development of financial models
- Provide proposals on strategic actions
- Contribute to the planning and development of the annual operating plan budget
- Play a key role in preparing for key management team meetings
- Conducts ad hoc analyses
- Identify reporting efficiencies and drive automation across the Region
