The Airline Technical Representative (ATR) supports airline clients by providing technical, operational, and financial advisory services related to airport infrastructure, capital programs, and commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Serve as a trusted advisor to airline clients across a portfolio of airports
• Represent airline clients in airline affairs committees, technical working groups, and airport stakeholder meetings
• Assess operational impacts of airport development on airline performance (gate utilization, aircraft movements, turnaround times)
• Analyze airport financial plans, capital expenditures, and operating budgets
• Support proposal development, including scope definition, pricing, and technical approach
