Litigation Paralegal

Ed Bernstein Injury Lawyers seeks a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their personal injury litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in litigation on the plaintiffs' side and excellent communication and writing skills.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a litigation paralegal
• Applicable knowledge of deadlines, motions, discovery, court rules and procedures
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Comfortable learning computer, software/database skills
• Efficiency, accuracy and professionalism are a must
• Posses strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work with multiple attorneys
• Have excellent attention to detail and a good attitude
