Director of Manufacturing Operations

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our operations in Roselle, IL. The Director will lead and manage all aspects of production and distribution, ensuring the plant operates efficiently and meets all safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Requirements

• Develop, optimize, and implement operations strategies and transformation plans
• Deliver results in five key areas: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory
• Drive initiatives to reinforce the culture of continuous improvement
• Manage plant activities to ensure manufacturing and distribution objectives are accomplished
• Provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals and objectives
• Build overall site talent through development, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
