Jacuzzi Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Executive Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic executive team, providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in Private Equity–backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint expertise required)
