Office Manager (Business Administration Manager)

We are looking for a motivated Business Administration Manager to manage the day to day operations of our office in Houston, Texas, and supervise all office operations such as payment reconciliation, accounts receivables, and customer communication. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in office management or business administration management in a construction, remodeling or manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of Office Management/ Business Administration Management experience in a construction, remodeling or manufacturing environment.
• Bachelors degree (preferred)
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience using NetSuite or Infor (Highly preferred)
