Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative will deliver in-home design consultations, assess customer needs, and present tailored remodeling solutions to residential customers interested in bath and shower system remodels. They will also provide high-level customer service, build trust, and navigate complex conversations to secure sales.
Requirements
- Responsible for delivering in-home design consultations
- Effectively assess customer needs and present tailored remodeling solutions
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Demonstrate strong closing skills
- Maintain a results-driven mindset
- Measure bathroom accurately based on project specifications
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments
- Comfortable using technology, specifically an iPad
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take accurate measurements and perform basic math
