Job Description
Join us as an Outside Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in delivering in-home design consultations to residential customers interested in bath and shower system remodels. This position requires strong customer service skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to engage in meaningful conversations that lead to successful sales closures.
Requirements
- Deliver in-home design consultations to residential customers
- Assess customer needs and present tailored remodeling solutions
- Provide high level of customer service and build trust with customers
- Demonstrate strong closing skills and secure sales
- Maintain results-driven mindset and meet or exceed sales targets
- Measure bathrooms accurately based on project specifications
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments and follow company processes
