Purchasing Intern

The Purchasing Intern will support the Purchasing Department in daily procurement activities, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Assist in the purchase order creation and follow-up process.
• Support communication with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery dates, and documentation.
• Help track orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
• Maintain and update purchasing records, databases, and reports.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and comparison of quotes.
• Support the purchasing team with administrative and analytical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and procedures.
