We are looking for a highly organised and commercially driven Retail Operations Manager to take ownership of all retail operations, leading the planning and execution of pop-ups, store openings, and ongoing retail operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong commercial performance.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in retail operations, pop-ups, or store development
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings/activations simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and logistics teams
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of retail KPIs
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel for store openings and activations
