Experienced Professional | Client Strategy FSI

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Strategy team in Italy. As a consultant, you will work on high-impact strategic initiatives in the FSI sector, focusing on digitalization, customer engagement, and data-driven solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on multidisciplinary projects and develop innovative solutions to valorize customer bases and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Degree preferably in economics and/or marketing
• 1-2 years of experience gained at a consulting firm on Banking customers
• Consolidated Project Management skills developed in Sales & Marketing
• Good relational skills with internal and external stakeholders and previous experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to combine qualitative and business-driven analysis of the customer base with quantitative analysis
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English languages
• Knowledge of PowerBI, SAS, and/or Databricks will be considered a plus
