Comfort Advisor

James A. Wheat & Sons, Inc. is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Comfort Consultant to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' HVAC needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure their comfort at home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; background in HVAC or relevant sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
