Quality Control Repair Specialist

R2Net is seeking a Quality Control Repair Specialist to execute repairs and restorations of jewelry items, prioritizing customer service and maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry repair and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in jewelry repair and production
• Graduate Gemologist degree preferred
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of jewelry repair techniques, tools and materials
• Proficient in working with precious metals and gemstones
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Working understanding of Microsoft office suite
