Requirements

• Develop and formalize reverse logistics processes
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls
• Oversee intake and system reconciliation of returned inventory
• Manage and strengthen relationships with third-party repair centers
• Strengthen vendor return procedures
• Lead and support various ad-hoc projects
• Develop reporting and KPIs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address root causes of returns
