Director of Benefits

The Director of Global Benefits plays a key role in shaping the global total rewards strategy, administering programs, and providing guidance to leadership on benefits and wellbeing programs.

Requirements

• Collaborate with leadership to review, recommend, and implement benefit changes annually
• Administer employee benefits and manages vendor relationships
• Manage the company annual benefit enrollment process
• Support the organization's strategic objectives
• Develop and administer the Wellbeing program globally
• Respond to escalated employee or client level benefit issues/questions
• Acts as a member of the Benefits Committee
• Supervises benefit department employees
