Job Description
This position is for a Room Leader responsible for daily care of children during service times and events. The role requires a commitment to James River Church culture, flexibility, and a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Responsibilities include ensuring children have necessary supplies, adherence to church policies, and interaction with all members of the church community. The role is expected to involve weekly attendance and coordination with the Coordinator/Coach.
