Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Data Analyst to join our healthcare team in person at our Sequim, WA facilities. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and actionable insights, working side-by-side with clinical staff to drive a robust, data-driven quality program.
Requirements
- Collect, organize, and analyze clinical and operational data to inform quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI) and ad hoc reports to monitor clinical quality and operational performance
- Support the extraction and analysis of data for regulatory and grant-driven measures (UDS, eCQMs, MIPS)
- Analyze trends in patient access, no-shows, and panel sizes to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain data dictionaries and documentation standards to ensure consistent reporting logic across the organization
