Surveillance Tech Manager

The Surveillance Tech Manager is responsible for maintaining the operation status of all cameras and monitors, establishing relationships with outside vendors, and supervising technician staff. The role requires a bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the technical field, with certifications in Surveillance Management Systems and the Jamul Casino Resort's Surveillance Management System. The manager must be proficient in Microsoft applications, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in emergency situations.

• Maintain operation status of all cameras and monitors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors.
• Maintain and program the operating functions of the surveillance and security system matrix.
• Cooperate with management in the suggestion, design and installation of all projects.
• Stay current on industry trends and technological advances.
• Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Perform the duties of a Surveillance Agent when needed.
• Supervise technician staff and manage the Surveillance technician team.
• Participate in the hiring process.
• Safeguards company assets at all times.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
