Surveillance Manager

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to oversee the operation and implementation of our automated trade surveillance program in the U.S. The Surveillance Manager will manage the team, partner with colleagues, and be a trusted point of contact for traders and technologists.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a legal and compliance environment
• Experience in trade surveillance and monitoring
• Ability to work with and analyze data
• Discreet and trustworthy with sound judgment
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently
