AI Innovation Lead

Janea Systems is seeking an AI Practice Lead to join their remote-first team. The successful candidate will own the company's internal AI agenda, leading projects, setting technical direction, and driving adoption across engineering teams. They will work with a flexible team of engineers and support Sales and client engagements to represent Janea's AI capabilities externally.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML fields, including experience leading projects and teams
• Strong hands-on technical ability, deep fluency in machine learning, and proven ability to drive AI adoption and culture change
• Strong communication skills and track record of operating effectively in a remote-first environment
