Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President of Private Client Group and the Chief Operating Officer. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in support of senior leadership.

Requirements

• Formal administrative training or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of executive or senior-level administrative experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, colleagues, and external partners
