Structural Steel Estimator / Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all projects, managing both design and construction phases, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, designers, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management or related field
• Proven experience as an Estimator in steel manufacturing or fabrication
• In-depth knowledge of steel materials, fabrication processes, and industry standards
• Experience reading drawings and using common measuring tools
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools
• Experience with Microsoft suite
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
